The cast for Snoot Entertainment's upcoming animated movie Terra features Dennis Quaid, Danny Trejo, James Garner and Rosanna Arquette. And that ain't all, folks.
(Source: www.variety.com) I haven't found out much about Snoot Entertainment's upcoming CGI animated movie Terra, but I do know it features possibly the most bizarre cast in Hollywood. Let's start with the guy who's writing this movie about the interplanetary conflict between the inhabitants of a peaceful world and the human warriors who want to colonize it. It's Evan Spiliotopoulos, best known for writing Pooh's Heffalump Movie. The flick is based on the award-winning 2003 short film by Aristomenis Tsirbas. Moving on, we come to the already confirmed cast: Thirteen's Evan Rachel Wood (as Mala, the protagonist of the flick), Brian Cox, David Cross, Rockford File's James Garner, Danny Glover, Rosanna Arquette, Hellboy's Ron Perlman and perennial bad-ass Danny Trejo. Now add Luke Wilson, Amanda Peet, Dennis Quaid, Justin Long and Chris Evans. I can't say whether this is casting Hell or Heaven! Either way, this movie is not likely to sneak into theatres. Right now, Terra's gunning for a 2008 release date though that could change. Fun Fact: Rumours claim that Evan Rachel Wood was alleged to have been romantically involved with industrial metal singer Marilyn Manson. Wood appears in Manson's upcoming movie Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll, and Manson painted two publicly shown portraits of her.
